In consideration of receiving a tattoo from Aubergine Tattoo including its artists, associates, apprentices, agents, or any employees (hereinafter referred to as the “Aubergine Tattoo Studio” I agree to the following:

have been fully informed of the risks associated with getting a tattoo. I fully understand that a tattoo always carried risks despite your artist being as careful as possible and their skill level, this can lead to injury including for example: feeling dizzy after long tattoo sessions, light bleeding, swelling and redness, light scarring, shadow behind the tattoo (blowouts), sensitivity to sun, scarring through raised lines and NON-allergic skin irritation (rashes). Despite our hygiene education and procedures there is also a slight risk of infection. Having been informed of the potential risks associated with getting a tattoo I wish to proceed with the tattoo procedure and application and freely accept and expressly assume any and all risks that may arise from tattooing. I am aware that the tattoo ink is placed into the skin through a needle under the epidermis; as this hurts and the skin is damaged, under German law this is bodily harm under (StGB) § 223.
